We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Trainee to support our quality control laboratory operations. The selected candidate will assist in conducting routine tests, handling samples, maintaining lab records, and ensuring proper lab hygiene. This role is ideal for B.Sc. graduates who are keen to start a career in industrial quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sample collection and preparation for testing

  • Perform basic chemical and physical tests under the supervision of senior chemists or lab incharge

  • Operate basic laboratory equipment (e.g., weighing scales, pH meter, oven, sieve shaker)

  • Maintain accurate records of test results and daily lab logs

  • Clean and calibrate lab instruments as per schedule

  • Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards in the lab

  • Support the team during shift operations and audits

  • Learn company-specific testing methods and standard procedures

Qualification:

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Physics / Metallurgy / Environmental Science

Key Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques

  • Good observation and reporting ability

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

  • Strong discipline, cleanliness, and eagerness to learn

  • Teamwork and communication skills
