We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations, maintain product quality, and ensure smooth and efficient factory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily factory operations, ensuring timely completion of production targets.
  • Monitor production efficiency and quality standards, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate between production, quality, inventory, and maintenance departments.Implement and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production stages.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.Manage workforce schedules, allocate responsibilities, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan production strategies and optimize costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in factory or production management (preferably in textile/apparel manufacturing).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S will be an advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
