Role & responsibilities

  • Acquire new premium customers (HNI/affluent segment) through direct sourcing, references, and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive acquisition of liability products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Term Deposits.
  • Cross-sell a range of banking products including investments, insurance, credit cards, and loans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance wallet share and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for acquisition, balances, and cross-sell.
  • Conduct client profiling to identify financial needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Ensure KYC compliance and adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, etc.) for smooth account opening and service delivery.
  • Participate in branch/cluster level promotional activities and lead-generation drives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably MBA in Marketing or Finance).
  • 25 years of experience in Liabilities Sales / Wealth Management / HNI Acquisition.
  • Experience in handling premium or affluent customer segments preferred.
