Premium Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Acquire new premium customers (HNI/affluent segment) through direct sourcing, references, and marketing initiatives.
- Drive acquisition of liability products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Term Deposits.
- Cross-sell a range of banking products including investments, insurance, credit cards, and loans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance wallet share and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for acquisition, balances, and cross-sell.
- Conduct client profiling to identify financial needs and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure KYC compliance and adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, etc.) for smooth account opening and service delivery.
- Participate in branch/cluster level promotional activities and lead-generation drives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably MBA in Marketing or Finance).
- 25 years of experience in Liabilities Sales / Wealth Management / HNI Acquisition.
- Experience in handling premium or affluent customer segments preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and wealth management.
- Proven sales and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with high service orientation.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused.
