Key Responsibilities:

Analyse building specifications, codes, and site requirements.

Develop technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.

Use CAD software and drafting tools to create and modify architectural documents.

Prepare detailed and scaled plans for structures, foundations, and buildings based on provided data.

Draft and refine layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Ensure drawings comply with technical specifications, codes, and standards.

Review engineering drawings and designs for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Generate additional documentation as required for each project.

Coordinate with other team members and oversee their drafting work when necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills-

Associates degree or certification in architectural drafting, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.

Experience with American design and drafting standards is preferred.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

Strong knowledge of building design, construction codes, and structural analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
