1. Position Overview

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer to join our development team. The individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, a solid understanding of web architecture, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications across the full stack.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
  • Develop and integrate secure and efficient APIs and backend logic.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
  • Maintain and update existing applications and modules.
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and follow coding best practices.

3. Mandatory Skills & Technologies Frontend:

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Front-end frameworks: React / Angular /
  • Responsive and cross-browser development
  • Knowledge of REST API consumption and state management libraries

Backend:

  • , , or frameworks like Django / Laravel / Spring Boot
  • Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of MVC architecture

Database:

  • SQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • NoSQL databases: MongoDB (optional but preferred)

Other Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Git / GitHub / GitLab
  • Understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
  • Knowledge of web security best practices

4. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization tools
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Basic understanding of microservices architecture
  • Exposure to unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, JUnit)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
