Graphic Designer

Summary:

We do not expect the applicant to have prior experience in working with semiconductor technologies; however, we do expect the applicant to be keen to learn and apply their creative skills in this exciting and growing landscape.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual design capabilities and a passion for exploring creative applications in technology. The ideal candidate will have experience across both print and digital media, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic, high-tech environment alongside product, marketing, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for various applications, including:
• Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, standees, event materials).
• Digital campaigns (social media creatives, web banners, email graphics, ad image).
• Visual storytelling for presentations, product demos, and pitch decks.
• Branding assets and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual communication.
• Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) or equivalent.
• Prepare rough concepts for review, iterate based on feedback, and finalize designs for delivery.
• Ensure design output is optimized for both print and digital formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply design thinking and maintain a user-centric design approach.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Proven graphic designing experience of 3-5 years.
• A strong portfolio of Print and Digital Designs.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop/ Affinity, Sketch/ Figma & PowerPoint).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Understanding color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus.
• Proven graphic design experience across both print and digital media.

Additional Details:

• Work Location: This role will require working from the office (WFO) for the first 12 months. Based on individual performance and business requirements, a remote or hybrid work option may be considered after one year.
