  • Key Responsibilities:Driving and Transportation:
  • Safely transport executives, clients, and staff to and from various locations, including business meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Ensure timely and efficient travel based on scheduled meetings and events.
  • Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all passengers.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle.
  • Ensure regular servicing and upkeep of the vehicle, including oil changes, tire checks, and other necessary repairs.
  • Keep detailed records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism:
  • Respect and uphold the confidentiality of all company affairs, discussions, and appointments during transportation.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and courteous behavior while interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with errands or ad-hoc tasks as needed (e.g., picking up documents, running office-related errands).
  • Help with scheduling and coordinating transportation needs, as requested by the executive team.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a personal driver or in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic laws.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Experience with luxury or executive vehicles.
  • First aid certification or defensive driving training.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor car issues.
  • Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
