We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wedding Photo Editor with strong expertise in Adobe Lightroom to join our post-production team. You will be responsible for editing and retouching high-volume wedding photos, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual style that aligns with our brand aesthetics.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for color correction, lighting, and composition, who can work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import, cull, and organize raw photo files from wedding shoots.
  • Perform batch and individual photo editing using Adobe Lightroom (Classic or CC).
  • Apply color correction, exposure adjustments, tone curves, cropping, and lens corrections to maintain a cohesive look across galleries.
  • Maintain consistency with the studio's signature editing style while adapting to client-specific preferences when needed.
  • Export and organize final images for delivery in various formats and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with photographers and team members to understand project requirements and editing styles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of edited galleries according to deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a photo editor, preferably in wedding photography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom is required.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or other editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, color, and lighting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
  • Reliable internet connection and computer capable of handling high-res files

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
