About Role

This position will be part of the Data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS Glue Pyspark ETL, Athena, Quicksight, python and other relevant data engineering tools and technologies. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to transform and load data from various sources into our data lake. Design optimized data models for data warehouse and business intelligence analytics to support efficient querying and reporting. Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost-efficiency. Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.

RequirementsMust Have

  • BE / B.Tech / M Sc / MCA / ME / M.Tech

  • 5+ years of expertise in data engineering

  • Strong experience in AWS Glue Pyspark for ETL processes.

  • Proficient with AWS Athena & SQL for data querying.

  • Expertise in AWS Quicksight for data visualization and dashboarding.

  • Solid understanding of data lake concepts, data modelling and best practices.

  • Strong experience with AWS cloud, including S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue and IAM.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Fintech domain knowledge is a plus

  • AWS certifications

  • Experience with large data lake implementations
