Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Okhla Phase 1 New Delhi

Role Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy across all channels.

This role will be instrumental in scaling brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and optimizing the digital

customer journey. You will oversee SEO/SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email/WhatsApp/SMS

Marketing, Video/YouTube Marketing, Website Optimization (CRO), Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, and

Performance Marketing strategies. Youll also manage a multidisciplinary in-house team and external vendors,

ensuring performance, innovation, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Own the full funnel from traffic generation to conversion, retention, and advocacy.
  • Oversee all digital campaigns: SEO, SEM, SMM, paid media, email, content, affiliate & strategic influencer

partnerships, and PR.

  • Implement AI/ML tools for personalization, automation, and predictive marketing.
  • Align digital initiatives with brand positioning and customer experience.
  • Create, monitor and analyze analytics for all marketing KPIs.
  • Create, manage and Analyze data and customer segmentations.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor KPIs including lead volume, CAC, CLTV, ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and attribution models.
  • Use Google Analytics 4, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms to analyze campaign

performance.

  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing across channels for conversion optimization.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead internal teams: SEO, SMM, Content, Website, Creative, Affiliate.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Customer Success.
  • Manage vendor relationships: media agencies, creative partners, Mar-Tech tools.

Content & Creative

  • Oversee content strategy across blog, website, email, and social media.
  • Drive brand storytelling using video marketing, podcasts, short-form content, and AI-generated creatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and UX across touchpoints.

Tech & Tools

  • Utilize modern tools: HubSpot/Marketo, Zoho, MailChimp, GA4, MS-Clarity, SEMrush/Ahrefs,

Canva/Figma, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Studio, ChatGPT for content ideation,

and more.

  • Drive marketing automation, lead scoring, and CRM segmentation.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay ahead of digital trends: voice search, AI chatbots, influencer marketing, zero-click search, and social

commerce.

  • Explore new channels like Threads, WhatsApp Marketing, LinkedIn Newsletters, and interactive webinars.

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications preferred: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, GA4, SEO/PPC certifications.
  • Experience
  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, BPO, fintech, or banking sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing lead-gen and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MarTech stacks.
  • Background in managing both in-house and agency/vendor teams.
