Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the design and engineering team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of precast projects
  • Oversee the development of precast products from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation in precast design and engineering
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex design and engineering challenges
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all design and engineering activities
  • Develop and implement design and engineering best practices to optimize processes and enhance productivity
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentorship, and training for the design and engineering team
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive competitive advantage
  • Participate in the strategic planning and budgeting for design and engineering initiatives
  • Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to showcase expertise and build strong relationships

The ideal candidate will have at least 14 + years of experience in the precast industry and a Bachelor of Engineering degree. They should possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and innovation.
