About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Customer Success Manager
to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship post-sale and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Drive onboarding, training, and adoption of products and services.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Partner with sales and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Resolve client issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Gather feedback and relay it to internal teams to influence product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
