In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of ATMs. Your primary duties will include: - Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of ATMs to ensure they are operating smoothly. - Performing regular cleaning of ATMs, both internally and externally. - Checking and ensuring that ATMs are adequately stocked with cash and receipt paper. You will also be in charge of cash handling and replenishment, involving: - Safely refilling ATMs with cash following established procedures. - Keeping track of cash stock in ATMs accurately and reconciling any discrepancies. - Monitoring cash flow and reporting any irregularities. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues with ATMs, such as malfunctions or connectivity problems. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and addressing technical problems promptly. - Coordinating with the technical support team for repairs and escalating complex issues. Ensuring the security compliance of ATMs is another essential aspect of your role. You will be expected to: - Follow proper security protocols for locking and unlocking ATMs. - Implement and monitor security measures to prevent theft, fraud, and tampering with the machines.
