Role & responsibilities

  • Evaluates new ideas, concepts or designs by obtaining specifications and/or operating characteristics to determine specific test procedures to be used to ensure the correct solutions will be selected.
  • Executes validation protocols, related SOPs, and assures that acceptance criteria related to validation protocols are met. Interacts with all required personnel in the execution of protocols and gathering of test data. Assures that all test data is gathered and recorded in accordance with company requirements.
  • Analyzes complex test data to ascertain if it meets protocol acceptance criteria, draws conclusions and prepares engineering technical reports for company-wide use and product documentation
  • Design and develop ESP standard testing protocols for the validation / verification of product
  • Write, implement, review and train employees on work instructions (SOPs) for product setup, testing procedures and evaluations per company standards.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate testing pipeline, estimated timeline for completion, and provides periodic status updates.

Product Development

  • Participates with the team in regular innovation sessions to help identify, develop and conceptualize initial design concepts. As well as provide technical support, design of experiment recommendations and subsequent design iteration support.
  • Aggressively pursues testing opportunities to expand our working knowledge of product capabilities.
  • Research and implement value adding technology and provides recommendations for expanding testing capabilities to meet customer needs.
