Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated
Human Resources Officer
to manage day-to-day HR functions at our office. This is an
onsite role
, requiring a proactive individual who can oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The HR Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from job postings to offer letters.
  • Conduct inductions and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, leave, and attendance records.
  • Share payroll inputs with finance/accounts team on time.
  • Handle HR documentation including appointment, confirmation, and exit processes.
  • Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure adherence to statutory labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in updating HR manuals, code of conduct, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Organize team meetings, trainings, and staff engagement activities.
  • Support appraisal and performance review processes.
  • General HR Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff queries and HR assistance.
  • Provide coordination support to project teams and management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience (NGO/CSR sector experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
