Software Faculty

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Software Faculty to teach software-related subjects, mentor students, and prepare them for careers in IT and software development. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering both theoretical knowledge and practical training in software engineering, programming, databases, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core software subjects such as Software Engineering, Programming, Database Management, Web Development, and related topics.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments.
• Guide students through real-time software projects and coding practices.
• Conduct assessments, tests, and examinations to evaluate student progress.
• Provide academic and career guidance in IT and software development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop an effective teaching methodology.
• Foster an interactive, engaging, and practical learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), programming languages, and databases.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#).
• Good knowledge of software tools, IDEs, and frameworks.
• Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications (e.g., Java Developer, Python Certification, Microsoft, or Oracle).
• Hands-on experience in software development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern development methodologies.

Pay: From ₹10,165.02 per month
