Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) module.
- Proven expertise in configuration and implementation of key FICO components, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR.
- Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Deep knowledge of cost and management accounting practices, including cost allocation cycles, overhead costing, and variance analysis.
- Exposure to tax configuration, electronic bank statements, and automatic payment programs (APP).
- Proficient in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and providing functional support for FICO-related transactions and business scenarios.
- Experience with data migration using tools like LSMW, BAPIs, and IDocs, and understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Capable of independently supporting day-to-day business operations and handling system enhancements, change requests, and small to medium-sized FICO projects.
