Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CLM platforms and enterprise

systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, document repositories).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and

deliver scalable solutions.

  • Develop and manage RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware

connectors.

  • Ensure secure, reliable, and performant data exchange across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and continuously optimize

performance.

  • Document integration architecture, data flows, and technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with CLM platform capabilities and integration best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in integration development, preferably in enterprise SaaS

environments.

  • Proven experience integrating CLM platforms such as Conga, CPAi, Agiloft, and

Malbek.

  • Strong proficiency in API development, JSON/XML, OAuth2, and integration

middleware.

  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or similar integration

platforms.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub

Actions.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and integration

frameworks.

  • Familiarity with contract data models, workflows, and lifecycle events.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
