Job Description – Full Stack Backend Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless functionality and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient server-side code.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and security.
  • Build and maintain APIs for effective communication between different application components.
  • Configure and manage server environments to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java (primary), with experience in Python, Ruby, PHP, or (good to have).
  • Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Frameworks: Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, , Django, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve performance and scalability issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in backend development with Java backend expertise.
  • Strong portfolio of backend projects and successful implementations.
