Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining our products/services, generating qualified leads, maintaining customer relationships and meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Clearly explain company products/services and their benefits.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up for closures.
  • Maintain and update customer database/CRM with call details.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
