Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur for the position of Head of Logistics & Warehouse. The role involves overseeing and managing logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth functioning of warehouse operations. The Head of Logistics & Warehouse will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors, optimize processes, and ensure costs and resources are efficiently managed, while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations
• Experience in Procurement processes and supplier relationship management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software
• Prior experience in a similar role and a background in manufacturing is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field; advanced certifications in logistics or supply chain are advantageous
