JD:

* Experience of testing complex IT projects through to completion, resulting in delivery of

robust and high quality applications

* Proven software testing experience including functional, regression and exploratory testing

of web applications and services.

* Skilled in Web and API testing with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) and automated API

testing using node fetch.

* Experience in carrying out the correct type of testing at the right level whilst adhering to the

standard Test Pyramid.

* Experience in following the Agile Scrum, Kanban & BDD process.

* Experience of working effectively within the Scaled Agile environment and participate fully in

Agile ceremonies, communicating back to team on progress, blockers etc.

* Experience of build pipelines using common CI/CD and SCM tools (e.g.- GIT, Azure DevOps).

* Good written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical).

Technical abilities

Essential Technical skills

* Skilled in building and maintaining automation testing frameworks.

* Proficient with Playwright for automated testing.

* Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

* Experienced with API tools like Bruno, Postman, or SoapUI.

* Familiar with Agile methodologies.

* Experienced with Jira tracking tools.

* Knowledgeable in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GCP etc.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Technical skills

* Understanding of the different types of Automation Frameworks e.g. Data Driven, Keyword,

Process etc.

* Experience with Non-Functional Testing including performance and security testing.

* Proven knowledge and application of SQL

* Understanding of web frameworks such as Angular or React

* Experience with Browserstack

* Experience with Percy

* Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes

* Experience with Chai

* Experience with JSON / XML and executing server requests

* Understanding of and NPM

* Understanding of Cloud technologies e.g. Azure, Google Cloud Platform
