Role Summary:

Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Orthopaedic Joints and Surgical Robotics portfolio to drive market growth, adoption, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and launch plans.
  • Analyze markets and competitors to guide strategy.
  • Manage pricing, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Support sales initiatives and customer engagement programs.
  • Build relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in medical device or marketing; orthopaedics/robotics preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
