We are hiring a Payroll Analyst to process EMEA payroll. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented candidate with experience in processing monthly payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all payroll related changes including new hires, status changes and terminations
  • Manage payroll provider to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Process wage assignments (child support orders, tax levies, etc)
  • Maintain and organize payroll files
  • Provide internal customers with outstanding customer service when responding to telephone and email requests
  • Provide payroll-related journal entry details each month-end close
  • Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts as required each month-end close
  • Assist with auditor requests

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in processing payroll (Sweden Preferred)
  • Excellent computer skills required, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with enterprise payroll systems (ADP a plus)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Payroll accounting experience is a plus
  • International payroll experience is a plus
