Key Deliverables:

• Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities. Fast pace changes to be incorporated to ensure change in business plan are met.
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
• Handle partner engagement: manages customer partner relationship build confidence and trust, ensure project progress, arrange meetings and discussions and present regular status update with management.
• Develop the discipline: Simplify processes, methods and tools with the creative idea.

What you will be doing:

• With your strategic direction, you align the team to ensure the delivery of 'Best in Class Network' in order to achieve key business objectives by driving network reach, scale & spread by efficient & effective Network deployment.
• To establish suitable processes in order to set and monitor KPIs and Metrics for the deliverables so as to ensure execution of goals and objectives for Network Deployment.
• With special focus on Prioritization of the delivery based on the business needs in close coordination with the business, Marketing & Planning teams and responsible for aligning the teams (Internal/External) to ensure the delivery as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
• You will be preparing the project plan in order to meet monthly and quarterly targets with clear understanding the bottlenecks and addressing the same with the substitute plans and ensuring the delivery is not affected.
• With a special focus on tracking and controlling the Inventory management for CWIP (capital work in progress), CIP (capitalization in progress) and SRM (Site return material).
• You need to take care of process adherence strictly by circle teams to ensure there is no loss of material in forward/reverse movement and ensure end to end process is strictly followed by partner teams.

You are an ideal FIT if you have:

• B.E/ B.Tech at Graduation Level..
• Domain experience: RAN and MW (deployment) experience.

Ø Project Management:

• RFAI drive from tower companies (Ask Vs Commitment Vs Delivery)
• Ensuring media readiness from respective teams
• Preparation of quarterly/monthly and weekly RAN/MW deployment targets in discussion with planning and ensuring achievement of same through circle and partner teams
• Material supply ask to OEM/SCM and delivery tracking and ensuring
• RAN and MW deployment as per targets.
• Successful Handing over of sites/hops to operations with the right quality
• OEM/SI teams weekly/monthly Governance to acheiev results
• All India Circles co-ordination for smooth delivery
• New/Latest technologies Trials & deployment
• DPR/Reports Hygiene
• RFAI/RFS data sharing to finance/other stake holders for provisioning
• Management reviews data and presentations
