Role & responsibilities:

  • Controllers have the primary responsibility of managing the costs and finances of organizations.
  • Liaising with external auditors and tax professionals for finalization of financials
  • Monitoring internal controls and guarding against fraud.
  • Participating in budgeting processes.
  • Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

Compliance

  • Experience in Preparation, filing & reconciling of TDS return
  • Assist in Internal and External audits o Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Ensuring compliance with Internal controls & the prescribed policies & procedures

Reporting

  • Preparation of MIS as per the required format
  • Other assignments on the basis of requirements of the reporting manager from time to time
  • Internal Coordination with operation team for finance related matters

Qualification/Experience Required:

  • Must be a professionally qualified CA with 7-10 years of relevant experience in controllership
  • Must have good communication & Email Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Power BI / Tableau or other BI
  • Must have worked in an ERP environment with month end closures, experience of working on MS-Navision / SAP will be preferred
