Position Summary
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with solid experience in the Payments Domain to design, develop, and scale backend services. This role will focus on building distributed, high-volume systems while ensuring service reliability, scalability, and quality. The developer will actively contribute to coding, debugging, and performance optimization, while also mentoring junior engineers and improving driving systems.

Your Role Responsibilities And Duties

  • Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to implementation strategies.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for scalable systems.
  • Debug and resolve issues in live services, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to system performance and reliability.

Mandatory
Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 6-8 years of backend development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud.
  • Solid experience with distributed, high-volume systems.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and caching technologies is desirable.
  • Experience in the Payments Domain is mandatory.
