Position Overview

We are looking for a Creative Designer & Social Media Executive who can bring our school's brand to life through engaging designs, social media campaigns, and creative storytelling. The candidate will handle creative design, content planning, and social media management across platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive admissions, and strengthen parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Branding

  • Design engaging creatives for admissions campaigns, events, festivals, and school announcements.
  • Create brochures, posters, standees, banners, social media posts, and digital ads aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop layouts for newsletters, event backdrops, and promotional collaterals.
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity across all print and digital channels.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage the school's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars focused on academics, events, achievements, and student life.
  • Write creative captions, coordinate photography/videography, and schedule daily posts.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.

3. Digital Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing agency for running ads and tracking lead campaigns.
  • Support in basic website content updates and banner uploads.
  • Assist in creating short video reels, parent testimonials, and school highlight videos.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia / Marketing.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in creative design and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut).
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Insights preferred.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written communication and understanding of school/education brand tone.

  • Timely delivery of campaign creatives and posts
  • Increase in digital enquiries through social platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
