Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Thiruporur. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities at the site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing the day-to-day operations. The individual will also be responsible for inspecting work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that project timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience or Fresher
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination
  • Experience with Inspection and ensuring compliance with specifications
  • Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are a plus
