We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assembly Line Supervisor to lead and manage our production line. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality control, and motivate the team to meet daily production targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of assembly line workers.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Inspect products for quality and compliance with standards.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate team members' performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions promptly.
  • Report daily production results and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assembly Line Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of assembly line processes and quality control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical qualifications preferred.
