About the role:
You will join other members of the Technical Team who are responsible for maintaining and enhancing our core Product – the Business Process Improvement software. This is a very crucial role where, together with our Head of Technology and technical team, you will work to deliver secure, stable, and scalable software.
Responsibilities:
The DevOps role will be the primary role, with the Development role being undertaken when there is no DevOps work to perform.
Reporting into the Head of Technology, as an Azure DevOps, you will:
  • Design and architect end-to-end Azure DevOps solutions leveraging CI/CD pipelines, source control, build automation, release management, and monitoring
  • Define and document DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation
  • Develop architectural diagrams, solution blueprints, and documentation to communicate proposed technical solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners to create a roadmap and development plans.
  • Define an enterprise architecture strategy for the DevOps platform.
  • Constantly research and implement security measures to safeguard our Azure services and products.
  • Work closely with Microsoft support teams to provide seamless integration of new product features and functions in Azure, and when issues require escalation.

About you:
  • 5+ years' experience in DevOps as a Senior
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices related to DevOps and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong expertise in designing & managing enterprise organizations in Azure DevOps.
  • Strong experience in using scale sets in Azure DevOps.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing DevOps practices and solutions, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.
  • Proficiency in various DevOps tools and technologies, such as GitHub
  • Strong experience in Technical Architecture, including communication flows, security, and new features with respect to COTS and SaaS-based products
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions
  • Experience in RESTful Web Services
  • Ability to accurately interpret requirements from documents and discussions
  • Good verbal communication skills
