Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduates & Graduates (any stream)
  • Experience: Freshers and Experienced (05 years) are welcome

Salary Package :-

  • Freshers: 18,000 35,000 per month (2.8 LPA 5 LPA)
  • Experienced: 25,000 – 60,000+ per month (4 LPA – 10 LPA)

Shifts & Work Schedule

  • Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (Majorly US & UK Timings)

    Night shifts or fixed shifts depending on the process
  • Work Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Offs)
  • Work Locations: Magarpatta | Yerwada | Hinjewadi | VimanNagar | Kharadi (Pune)

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience preferred (for experienced roles)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
