RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, financial records, and journals.
  • Transaction Processing: Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Tax Compliance: Calculate and prepare tax statements and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Auditing Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and information.
  • System Improvement: Analyze and suggest improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of professional accounting experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (like Tally, etc.) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify financial discrepancies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
