Drayage Dispatcher

SkyHub Transport Inc., a leading Canadian logistics company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Drayage Dispatcher to support our freight forwarding operations. In this role, you will manage freight transportation coordination between shippers and carriers across Canada. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective freight movement.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests.
• Input and manage order requirements in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Track and trace CN/CP orders; schedule and manage Drayage Dispatch operations.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule import/export container appointments.
• Provide regular and timely reports to customers, ensuring transparency.
• Exhibit strong customer service and people management skills.
• Adhere to customer service guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Drayage Dispatch or Freight Forwarding.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Pay: ₹14, ₹73,931.74 per month
