We are looking for experienced professionals for the position of ARE & RE – Firmware Developer in our IoT R&D division. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge IoT devices that power modern smart homes and industries. The role involves firmware design, device integration, and collaboration with hardware teams to bring our products to life.
 

Develop robust and efficient firmware for embedded IoT devices.
Implement device communication using protocols like MQTT, CoAP, HTTP.
Work with RTOS and optimize firmware for real-time use.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams for end-to-end product development.
Integrate device drivers and test firmware in real-world scenarios.
Debug, document, and maintain firmware post-deployment.
Contribute ideas for continuous product and process improvement.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, ECE, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
Proficient in C/C++ and familiar with microcontrollers like ARM Cortex or ESP32.
Experience with RTOS, low-level driver integration, and debugging tools.
Understanding of wireless protocols – Zigbee, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative setups.
