Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower planning, sourcing, and screening to interviews and offer rollouts.
  • Handle campus recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth joining and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate background verification and maintain employee records.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and data from biometric systems.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
  • Issue warnings or notices for unauthorized absenteeism and policy violations.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives – Fun Fridays, birthdays, festival celebrations, and other cultural events.

4. HR Policies & Administration

  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Coordinate vendor management and manage day-to-day office and workshop administration.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in an e-commerce or fast-growing startup environment.
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
