About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Predictive Systems Developer to design and build scalable, robust predictive analytics solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable predictions that enhance decision-making and business performance. This role blends software development, machine learning engineering, and data science to deliver end-to-end predictive systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive models and algorithms into production-grade systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into scalable and efficient production solutions.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for collecting, processing, and feeding data into predictive models.
  • Implement APIs and services to expose predictive capabilities to downstream applications.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain models as needed, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Ensure code quality, system reliability, and security best practices.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of machine learning infrastructure.
  • Document development processes, model specifications, and system architecture.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in predictive analytics, machine learning frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with real-time data processing and streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Background in statistics, data mining, or applied mathematics.
  • Exposure to automated ML and model monitoring tools.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
