Hi All,

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader / Project Head with strong expertise in the power sector to lead a large-scale electricity distribution project. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in managing projects worth 1000 Cr or above, with a deep understanding of technical, regulatory.

Note:

Must have B.TECH Degree in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering and MBA/ M.TECH Degree in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 16+ years of experience in the power sector, with strong exposure to electricity distribution projects.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Management / Engineering will be an added advantage.
  • Should have supervised at least one project of 1000 Cr or above as Team Leader or equivalent role.
  • Proven expertise in Project Management, Contract Management, Leadership, Monitoring & Evaluation, Reporting, and Communication.
  • Knowledge of power sector regulatory frameworks is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Bengali language is essential.
