Job Title: Service Engineer (Multi AV Product)

Location: Pune

Experience required: Min 1 year

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of AV products such as interactive displays, projectors, video conferencing bars, amplifiers, CCTV systems, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain AV and surveillance systems at client locations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide on-site and remote support as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless service delivery
  • Prepare service reports and maintain installation documentation

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in AV product servicing
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV integration and networking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
  • Willingness to travel for onsite installations and support
