Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Associate located in Thanjavur. The Office Associate will handle daily administrative tasks, assist with office operations, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure efficient functioning of the office. Responsibilities include maintaining records, managing inquiries, supporting accounting tasks, and assisting colleagues in their day-to-day requirements, fostering a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Skilled in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure smooth daily operations and support for team members.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting practices and record-keeping is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
