We're Hiring – HR Executive

Location: Racecource, Vadodara, Gujarat

Full-Time

Immediate Joiners Preferred (15 days of Notice)

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building a strong, engaged, and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes

Handle employee engagement activities

Maintain HR records and documentation

Coordinate performance management & appraisals

Support payroll, attendance, and HR policy implementation

Address employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of HR experience (Recruitment + HR Operations preferred)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office & HR tools
