Job Description:

Role: Workday Extend, Workday HCM Core

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore/PAN INDIA-Hybrid

Position:1

Over 5 years of experience implementing integration solutions, with expertise in Workday studio and XSLT for complex data transformations.

  • Workday Core Connector and Effective Change Interface experience is required (CCW, CCB, WECI, PECI, PICOF)
  • Experience custom report layouts using BIRT and RaaS reports based on business requirements and wireframes.
  • Experience on Full Stack development platform (.Net, C#, SQL, Visual Studio/Code, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and API) will be a plus.
  • Working experience on JIRA tool and Agile methodology.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support Workday Core HCM configuration and maintenance in a large, global enterprise environment.
  • Create and manage EIBs for data loads and updates across Core HR processes.
  • Configure and maintain business processes and employment contract templates.
  • Assist with unit testing, issue tracking, and resolution during enhancement and release cycles.
  • Create and maintain Workday documents and templates used in HR transactions
