Job Description:

  • Filing civil suits / criminal complaints, cases under section 138 and recovery suits in appropriate court.
  • Appearing in court proceedings at Civil courts, Session courts, High Court & Consumer forums in important matters / arbitration together with our advocates.
  • To keep the update of cases on PAN India basis thru quarterly reports.
  • Follow up in old recovery matters and other legal matters for amicable settlement out of courts wherever possible.
  • Reply to the legal and other notices received from partys advocate with consultation with our advocate.
  • Sending legal notices for recovery of outstanding thru advocate.
  • Follow up with advocate at branches wherever cases are filed on basis of branch jurisdiction.
  • To Settle legal metrology cases at the level of the department or pursue thru court.
  • To follow up custom/excise pending cases.
  • Drafting & reviewing of legal notices, MOU, Affidavits, consent terms etc.
  • Drafting, renewal & vetting of leave & license agreement, lease agreements, business agreements, rental agreements etc.
  • Registration & renewal of trade marks, patent rights etc.
  • Interaction with our advocates/ trade marks attorneys, court officials etc.
  • Maintenance of files & records of legal cases, trade marks, important documents etc.
  • Execution of summons & warrants through concerned police stations.
