Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
2. Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned territory.
3. Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
4. Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement)
5. Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
6. Partners with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check the process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.
7. Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.
8. Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance.
9. Candidate should be proficient in English & Tamil language.
Basic Qualifications:
- ·A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- · 1+ years of related experience
- · Experience coaching and delivering messages related to performance
- · Experience interpreting data analytics using advanced Excel strategies
- · Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite
- · Evidence of ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
- · Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- · Degree in related field
- · Resume that shows steady progression in Training/Learning Management for the last 1+ years in a manufacturing/production/distribution leadership role
- · Ability to adapt well to fast-paced, yet ambiguous, environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
