Assistant Manager - RCM
JOB OVERVIEW
Job responsibilities include:
To Assist Revenue cycle department in resolving problem and Maximize revenue inflow.
Sound knowledge of KRAs & KPIs to supervise and manage staff/leads/AMs.
Must monitor and be responsible for RCM end to end process follow within set TAT.
Understand, Analyze client requirement and address accurately to avoid escalations.
Ready to accept challenges on deliverable with best of his/her knowledge.
Stay up to date with client and insurance policy updates.
Co-ordinate with day-to-day workflow with leads and Asst Managers on meeting daily targets.
Develop/streamline process plans for the best efficiency and quality.
Best at administrative tasks like tracking, maintaining tracker, Productivity and Hiring.
Handle Transition/client management and team attrition and staff issues.
Quality oriented on all assigned deliverables within TAT.
Identify process gaps and minimize process defects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Operations Manager RCM is responsible for developing Process SOPs.
2. Should be capable of handling a team band width of 100 to 150 employees.
3. Team Management (AMs, Leads and Staff) with respect to their KRAs and KPIs.
4. Ability to Analyze and Prioritize workflow and give process plan to sub-ordinate and monitor all
required activity to deliver assigned task set by Management/client.
5. Actively take up new/existing transition assigned, create SOPs and responsible for process
implementation for better output with quality.
6. Understand client requirement, acknowledge, and deliver day to day project activities.
7. Take accountability on client escalations, Staff escalations, Analyze and resolve with best of
his/her experience and ability.
8. Manage and track team performance and maintain all required matrices.
9. Report all Incidents and deviations within process to his/her immediate Sr. Operations Manager
on daily basis.
10. Always carry positive attitude and be a good motivator for his/her sub-ordinates and reporting
team members setting idle example.
11. Be responsible & take accountability to co-ordinate with sub-ordinates in collecting
Daily/Weekly/monthly reports and validate before reaching the management or clients.
12. Tally monthly invoices before reaching for final approval by Sr. Operations Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Any Degree with minimum of 10-12 years of experience in US Healthcare.
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Assistant Manager on paper and must have
handled at least a team of
Strong knowledge in RCM end to end process (Demo, Eligibility Verification (IV/EV Process),
Charge Entry, Billing, Rejections, Payment Posting, Cash Posting, Account receivable, denial
management and Appeals/correspondence handling).
Should be willing to work in night shift without cab. (as of today)
Flexible shift times and process driven persons.
Strong Excel skills and KPI Metrics knowledge.
Preference will be given to US healthcare professionals with experience in end-to-end RCM
process.
Good performance and Stability track record.
Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities assigned.
Strong Positive attitude towards adapting new teams, sub-ordinate, supervisor and adapt new
strategies defined by management.
