Store & Inventory Manager – Factory Location (Neharoli, Vada)

Location: Neharoli (Vada)

Experience: 5–10 years in a manufacturing unit

Working Hours: Mon to Sun, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9 hour shift)(Friday Off)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 in-hand per month

Reports to: Unit Head & HO

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complete factory store operations—RM, PM, consumables, and FG.

- Ensure availability of stock for production without overstocking.

- Oversee GRN, MRN, issue slips, stock inward/outward, FIFO compliance.

- Monitor local purchases and vendor follow-ups.

- Maintain ERP & physical stock accuracy; lead audits and reconciliations.

- Prepare daily MIS reports; coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts.

- Supervise and guide junior store executives.

Qualifications:

- Graduate (Material Management certification preferred)

- Strong ERP knowledge & leadership skills

- Experience in managing factory inventory workflows

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and reliable

Pay: ₹11, ₹60,935.33 per month
