Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PCB Testing & Servicing Engineer with 25 years of experience in Linux (RedHat) environments, PCB servicing, hardware/software testing, and basic microcontroller handling. The role involves hands-on testing, fault identification, and support to site engineers across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for testing, servicing, and rectification of PCBs and electronic modules.
  • Perform fault identification and root cause analysis on malfunctioning PCBs/equipment.
  • Support site engineers in troubleshooting and rectification activities at remote locations.
  • Execute software and hardware testing procedures for various modules and systems.
  • Manage server-based networking setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with Linux (RedHat) OS for system operations and diagnostics.
  • Handle microcontroller-based systems for testing and interfacing purposes.
  • Maintain proper documentation of testing procedures, service records, and failure reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and be a proactive team player.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in PCB servicing and testing.
  • Good knowledge of Linux OS (preferably RedHat) for system diagnostics.
  • Basic understanding of microcontrollers and their interfacing.
  • Experience in server-based networking and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical skills for fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • Ability to support and coordinate with remote field/site engineers.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation or related field.
  • Industry experience in defense, embedded systems, or industrial electronics is a plus.
