We are seeking an experienced Boiler Design Engineer with strong expertise in AutoCAD and boiler design codes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, detailing, and optimizing industrial boilers in compliance with ASME, IBR, and other applicable standards. You will work closely with the manufacturing and quality teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop industrial boilers, heat exchangers, and associated pressure parts using AutoCAD.
  • Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, general arrangement drawings, and P&IDs.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME Section I, Section VIII, IBR, and relevant international standards.
  • Perform engineering calculations including pressure part sizing, material selection, and stress analysis.
  • Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, and quality control teams for smooth project execution.
  • Participate in design reviews, inspections, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain proper documentation and revision control for all design work.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3–8 years of experience in boiler / pressure vessel design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks/Inventor is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ASME, IBR, and international boiler codes.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, welding processes, and manufacturing methods for boilers.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹47,000.00 per month
