Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Services Technician located in Warangal. The Services Technician will be responsible for regular maintenance and repair of electrical systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Daily tasks will include diagnosing equipment problems, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to service calls to ensure consistent power distribution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair, and Maintenance tasks
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  • Skills in Field Service operations and providing support in the field
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address and resolve customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the utilities industry is a plus
  • Relevant technical certification or degree is preferred
