We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling corporate compliance, governance matters, and board-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage Board Meetings, AGMs, and Committee Meetings
• Draft and maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
• Ensure compliance with ROC filings, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
• Liaise with directors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise on necessary actions
• Follow up on board decisions and action items
• Support in drafting resolutions, notices, and corporate disclosures

Requirements:
• Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI)
• 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations (if applicable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage sensitive corporate information with confidentiality
• Well-organized, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
